Let's stretch, move, and groove! Join us for a dance class, featuring a variety of dance styles and music genres. Studies show that moving your body can improve stress. And what better way to move than to dance? We'll have you tapping your toes, stepping to the beat, and having fun! By the end of this class, you'll feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and connected to your mind, body, and spirit. This program is open to all ages. All attending must sign an exercise waiver. Minors must have parent or guardian signature on waiver.
