Join fitness instructor Gabriella for a high-energy circuit training class that uses your body weight to boost your fitness! Our focus is on functional, everyday movements designed to enhance your overall fitness level. Expect multiple rounds of timed exercises, including strength and cardio, followed by rest periods. Each class varies in sets and rounds to keep things exciting. All exercises are demonstrated and cued, with modifications provided as needed. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
