In honor of Veterans Day, we recognize the diverse group of veterans who have served the United States, a nation as varied as the music they've created. Among them are Tony Bennett (US Army, WWII), B.B. King (US Army, WWII), Willie Nelson (US Air Force, 1950), Johnny Cash (US Air Force, 1950), John Coltrane (US Navy, 1945), Elvis Presley (US Army, 1958), Bill Withers (US Navy, 1958), and Jimi Hendrix (US Army, 1961). To commemorate Veterans Day 2024 the Richie Nick Band will present a 45-minute musical performance celebrating the music of some of these veterans.
