English: Attention Climate Warriors! learn how to prepare your family for emergencies in New York City’s increasingly unpredictable climate. In this session, you'll explore hurricane zones, identify local evacuation centers, and discover essential items to pack in case of emergency—all while playing a fun game of Bingo to reinforce these concepts. Ready Girl, our emergency preparedness superhero, will introduce key ideas to the youth, who will also have the chance to design their own superhero capes and become community heroes. We'll be raffling off free "Go Bags" and prizes for Bingo winners! Bilingual support will be available in Mandarin and English throughout the event, thanks to Ready New York and New York Emergency Management.
