Join us as we center ourselves with this low-intensity form of active awareness! Tai Chi uses a series of slow, flowing, movements to improve your mind-body connection. It is often described as "meditation in motion" due to its natural, flowing, intentional movements. This program is funded by New York State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr.
