Topics for discussion are: Property tax exemptions to reduce your tax burden, resolving mortgage arrears and avoiding foreclosure, Protection against deed theft, scam and fraud, Tips and programs for energy efficiency to save on utility bills, and free homeowner services available through Chhaya. save on energy costs while making their homes more energy efficient. Learn energy saving tips to reduce utility bills; energy efficiency upgrades; affordable weatherization, heating and cooling solutions; and solar energy and electric vehicle incentives.
