DIY: Discover Edible Insects (Entomophagy), a Workshop

Bugs have been a source of nutrition in many cultures throughout history, and now the United Nations is promoting them as a food source for the world's growing human and livestock population. Environmental educator Gil Lopez shares which New York-area insects are edible. Hear more "bugged out" ideas about insects as food. This program is funded by the New York State Assembly Queens Delegation.
