In celebration of National Poetry Month, QPL’s Culture Connection is delighted to host an evening rediscovering classic poet-songwriters performed by Peter Calo (guitar & vocals), Anne Carpenter (vocals), Charles Duke (piano & vocals), and Paul Adamy (bass). Singer-songwriters emerged out of the idealism of the 1960s but marked a shift away from utopian ideas of collectivism. These artists embodied the "inward turn" of the 1970s.
