Oil pastels were developed to be richly vibrant and have a smooth application. In this class we will explore this evolving medium’s luxurious color and creamy texture as we make striking pastel paintings. Subject matter will be taken from different sources as we embrace the fundamentals, such as composition and drawing. No experience necessary, open to all.
