Chair Fitness

This low-impact class will help you work out with the stability of using a chair. This class is ideal for those who are looking for a lower impact form of exercise. Please arrive early so class can begin on time. Space will be available on a first-come first-served. Please wear clothing and shoes that you can move in. This program is funded by New York State Assembly Member Clyde Vanel.
