The teens at the Broadway Branch Queens Library are learning how to script, shoot,edit and act this month. Every Monday at 3:30 through the month of April, producer and screenwriter Alan Webber of Rural Route Film Festival leads an interactive workshop with young adults to produce an environmental public Service announcement (PSA).
