Join instructor Alicia for an easy-to-follow Yoga class designed to awaken your senses through controlled breathing, simple meditation, and specific body postures. We'll learn restorative techniques to increase blood circulation, core strength, and body flexibility—leaving you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Younger adults may also join (18 and over).
